Stella's VERY FIRST Easter Egg Hunt 2011!!

Stella LOVED hunting for easter eggs!!!  This little girl was on a mission as she would scan the yard like some programmed robot designed to excel in easter egg hunting.  It was hilarious and SUPER CUTE!  And nothing would stop her once she spotted an egg from like 40 feet away -- she would crawl under pine trees, maneuver around log piles, climb up on patio chairs or point adamantly to an egg that was too high for her to reach with clear intent of wanting one of us to grab it for her so she could then put it in her easter basket.

Easter Brunch at our house with her Grandparents, her Great Grandpa Shorty, Aunt Amy and G. Aunt Deb & G. Uncle Mike.   And now off to Aunt Joyce's for the big family get together -- and we're so happy to have the Clark's join us this year there :)  Thank you everyone for all the gifts!

P.S.  Take note at her dress this year....yep, it's the same one she wore when she was 8-months old....and it was NOT too big for her back then!

Easter Morning....or should we say Mid-Morning (11am) since she got up around 10  :)

This is the same dress she wore last year when she was just a baby, 8-months old  - fits her perfect now at 20-months, just a little shorter but width-wise perfect.  ha!

Ok - please excuse our mess of a yard but we are currently in the middle of cleaning it all up from excessive weeds & racoon damadge (grub hunting destroyed large areas of our yard).  And we FINALLY, after 7 years,  have had the area where that gross above ground pool was that we tore out all leveled out.  Now with a brand new sprinkler system in plac, a yard maintenance program & grass seed - we are really looking forward to a weed-free plush (hopefully!) green grassy yard to enjoy with Stella!
