All You Sisters Are Awesome! Thank you for being a part of this very special dress! And still to come, an accessory for the dress by Stella's Great Aunt Susan "Sue-Sue" in Vermont, a button from Stella's Great Aunt Deb in Toledo, a button from Bunny in Florida, and an apron by her mommy.
This dress will be quite the heirloom :)
XOXOXOXOXOXOXO
The Stella Friendship Dress made it's rounds spanning the country from Toledo, to Southern Ohio, Down South to Georgia and further south onto Florida, then making it's way Out West to Denver, Up to Northern Michigan and heading Out to the East Coast over to Maine and then Down to Vermont where I was reunited with it and saw it for the very first time since I started it back on October 26, 2010!
And HOW ADORABLE it turned out!!! Thank You, Thank you, THANK YOU all of you for being a part of this and obliging my request when i asked if you'd like to join in on this very special dress of Stella's.
Stella wore this while in Vermont for photos but we'll want to wait a little longer before she can really wear it as it's a little long on her - but it won't be too far off before she can wear it and oh i can't wait!
EVERY PART OF THIS DRESS IS MY FAVORITE PART
that's all i can say!
ALL THE CUTE CARDS AND NOTES
And now for a detailed PHOTO LOG so each of you can see the dress in all of it's various stages and know who did what. And again, THANK YOU. You all did such a wonderful and THOUGHTFUL job.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing its "journey" with us Jen :) It turned out fabulous!
ReplyDelete… I feel a bit like a jerk because of my initial response when you ran the idea past your mom and me. I'm so glad you didn't listed to us :D
Yes, I deleted my first post. My OCD kicked in when I realized I had made a grammatical error, and I HAD to fix it!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing to see this, finally! I have been so curious to see what everyone did as I had the dress in the beginning stages. What a great thing for Stella to have and cherish forever :o)
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am giving you an award for this post. I would have been boozing it up afterwards, I cannot imagine how long it must have taken you. Great Job!!!
I have also tried to post my comment since the day you posted this but it will not let me post under my blogger account, so I went Anonymous.
